Today we'll be making...Pizza!
This is my Grandma's pizza crust recipe and it is awesome.
Dough:
1 1/2 c warm water
2 tsp yeast
1 Tb sugar
1 tsp salt
2 Tb oil
3 c flour
1 Tb garlic salt
Mix first 3 ingredients and let sit for 5 minutes. Mix the rest and then add to the yeast mixture. Let this stand for another 5 minutes before rolling out onto your pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Alfredo Sauce:
1 c milk
3 Tb flour
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 Tb butter
Nuke for 2 minutes. Add another cup of milk. Continue to stir and nuke one minute at a time until it is the thickness you prefer.
My favorite pizza is a BLT, using the above 2 recipes and topping with crumbled bacon, spinach leaves, and tomato. The white sauce is also good for a breakfast pizza topped with scrambled eggs, sausage, and peppers.
****UPDATE****
I forgot to mention cheese on that white pizza! Mozzarella or Monterey Jack sprinkled on top and then baked for another 5 minutes. Shredded Parmesan on top of that is really yummy too.

Much obliged!
Once you add your toppings, how long do you continue to bake it for then?
Ack! Good question! I updated the post to say 5 more minutes in the oven...and to add some cheese to that toppings list.
