These are just the little tags in the Office Supply section of your local War-Mart. They're simple, but I love 'em. I bought a box of a hundred on ebay for a VBS project that we never got around to doing. We're also using them for our Jesse Tree ornaments. 
These are little wooden cut-outs from a Country Gift shop. I used a paint pen to personalize them for the kids' Sunday School teachers. Fun, fun, fun!
