No one knows this one? No way....Inez? Come on...you know every song ever written! Even commercial jingles! You were hanging back to let someone else win because you don't want the tea, right?
This is one of my favorite lines froma secular song. Always has been. Ever since I was a kid, listening to the oldies station..... Anyone? Anyone?
Anyone?
As for 'fess up Friday....Jennie C. wins for having....the only couch listed. lol. Congratulations, Jennie! You are soon to be the proud owner of a delicious soap from Amy @ The Foil Hat.
I hesitate to tell you all what the next 'fess up Friday might be all about for fear that you might be tempted to clean it up a bit. We can't have any of that. You'll just have to stay on your toes for this one.....

Hey hey we're the Monkees..blah, blah something else, we're..um...okay I don't know that one, but I do know bits of that last train song... that's it, right?
I don't know the song, but I love soap!
And I'm feeling tempted to clean the whole house just so I don't get caught unawares, but really, just getting up is such an ordeal nowadays that not much house work is getting done! Oh well, just...three weeks to go!
That train song?
Sorry....that just doesn't cut it. So close.....
Last Train to Clarksville? Is that the official name of the song?
Okay, now I'm going to google. Can't take it any longer.
DingDingDingDing!!!!! We have a winner!!!
I love this song.
I never thought of it as a war protest song...it just made me sad. And it made me wonder what was so good about coffee. Then I found out what was so good about coffee and it made the song all the sweeter.
All that work, Andie, and now all you get is a crummy box of tea. Actually, it's a really great box of tea. Add a little cream and sugar and it's a dessert - honest!
