Honor-ism

After whining that she was starving, we came home from the Y to grab a snack. Honor downed a drink first and then banged her cup down, saying "Whew! I'm FULL UP! No snack for me!"

"You're full from water?"

"Yup. I tried to drink it right, but I guess some got down into the food side."

:D

She's convinced she has different partitions in her stomach. There is a place for drinks, food, and for dessert. I have to agree that it is possible to be completely full from dinner and yet starving for pie.

That is too cute!

Yes, I used construction paper in Haleigh's alphabet book because I was too cheap to use 26 sheets of my scrapbook cardstock. :o)

She is too stinkin' cute! I have to agree with you on the full, but starving when it comes to dessert concept. (btw, have you read McKinley's book "Beauty" - the story of Beauty and the Beast? Her real name is Honour, spelled a little weird, I know.) I just love your daughter's name and every time I read it I think of this book. It's one of my favorite, fluffy reading books. Who doesn't love a fairy tale?

I think scientists have yet to find that second dessert stomach we all have. Just because they haven't found it yet, doesn't mean it isn't there [smile].
