Lots to say

But I hate to say stuff without pictures. Picasa has been giving me a "Bad Request" message each time I attempt to share pictures. I find this rather judgmental on Picasa's part, but it doesn't seem to care what I think. It refuses to share pictures of my sweet cheeked babies.

So, imagine away with me as I try to debrief you about our oh-so-exciting life. Sarah (insert imaginary picture of an adorably round little munchkin) has been deep in the trenches of a fresh wave of separation anxiety. She is sobbing at Sunday School, sobbing at the Y (big surprise there, right?) sobbing at the dentist office....

Oh, yes, the dentist office. (insert picture of a most mortified mommy) I apparently have not been flossing my kids' teeth. There. I said it. How embarassing. Honor's adorable mouth (insert picture of angelic faerie-child) is going to cost us $600.00 to repair. That's after the insurance pays their part! Since all we have at the moment is 600 imaginary dollars, we're praying for something to give here. She had gazoobles of antibiotics as a wee faerie and, apparently, this often leaves kids with soft enamel.

After our dental appointments, we went to.......the library. No, hear me on this: we went to THE Library. I am enjoying my reunion with my long, lost love. I'm giddy just thinking about it. I'm stocking up on hard-to-find Tapestry of Grace books. Ethan is stocking up on Star Wars books. Joel is stocking up on Super Hero books, the girls are.....climbing on the statues? Stop that! Put your dress down!

-sigh-

We're all enjoying our membership. (insert imaginary picture of me reading a book and sipping on library lattes.)

Tapestry of Grace is going okay. The incredible Kristen has helped me so much with maneuvering the many options.

I'm still doing P90X, though I'm gaining weight instead of losing and having a hard time getting out of bed every morning. 5am is a disgusting hour. It would be prettier if it showed me results. Until then, I will continue to grumble and complain like one of God's chosen. (insert picture of abs of jello. not really. do you seriously think I'd share a picture of my stomach on the internet?)

My stint as a member of The Old Schoolhouse Magazine Review Crew is winding down. Just a handful more to go. That handful is full of more incredible blessings. Truly, it makes me teary-eyed thinking about it. God's timing is so perfect.

Speaking of timing, I promised I'd wake two little boys up early this morning and I forgot to do it. They want to get all of their schoolwork done early so they can spend the night with friends tonight. I love sleep-over opportunities. I can get an incredible amount of work out of them with the promise of running around in the woods with friends. Today, they'll be folding laundry. Mwahahahaha!!! (insert picture of tortuous laundry pile)

I love the library!!! Unfortunately I have a tendency to not return books on time so our rather large fine is preventing me from reappearing....

I am horrible LOL

I always gain weight when I excersize BUT it always balances out as my body adjusts. I am sure yours will too!! I am so impressed that you being faithful with it!

I SO just grinned at all your silliness :D
I think I've been missing your posts! Your commentary is classic and I totally concur on the thought of working the kids for bribes...I mean privileges!
carry on....carry on....

I got a mention in your blog? Very nice. I'm glad I could help. Unless of course you're talking about another Kristen, in which case I'm hiding my face in embarrassment.
